I am so happy with Fancy Floors. I had used another company in the area almost two years ago that was difficult to deal with from beginning to end. When I needed one room refreshed I looked for a new company and came across Fancy Floors. This time I was so happy with the process. They were quick, efficient, more affordable and their customer service was just what I needed. They even helped with a slope in the floor that the previous company said couldn't be fixed. If you are looking for a floor store that offers good deals and great service, you should definitely come by this place. Mr. Shahab was not only very nice and patient the whole time when I was looking for the laminate floors and mouldings for my condo, but also offered me a very good price. He also helped push the ship date while I needed the materials ASAP, and basically took care of all my requests. Excellent customer service.
